Mesquite38 Special Event & Wedding Price Sheet

Accommodations

All Weddings and Special Events have a 3 or 4-night minimum, depending on time of the year, special event, or holiday.
June 15 – September 15 --------------> 3 - Night Minimum
September 15 – June 15 --------------> 4 - Night Minimum
Cleaning fee, city tax of 13% and tourism tax of 1% applies. Rates and fees subject to change. Pool heating optional for an extra fee.

EVENT FEE

There is also a one-time venue rental fee for all Weddings and Special Events for of use of all areas of the property for the duration of your stay.
Up to 50 guests --------------> $4000
51 – 75 guests --------------> $4500
76 – 100 guests --------------> $5000
Additional rental charges may apply depending on the final event specs. A standard Wedding or Special Event cleaning fee of $2500 is required; subject to change based on final event specs and clean up.

Concierge Services and Activities

We recommend you hire an event planner to coordinate your wedding events and details, and to be on site for all functions, however the Mesquite38 concierge can assist with any additional activities such as hot air balloon rides, firework shows, wine tastings, smaller private dinners, massages, etc.

Parking

Mesquite 38 can accommodate approximately 15- 20 cars on property; additional overflow parking can be arranged through the Mesquite38 concierge.
